“My name is Richard Powell and I’m the Pastor of Bodmin Community Church. Who are we, where are we and what are we all about?

Bodmin Community Church is a group of ordinary people who have discovered the very real difference Jesus can make to life. These folks are of all ages and from all backgrounds and come together to find support and encouragement and answers to some of the tough experiences of life.

We meet on Sunday mornings at Robartes Junior School to worship Jesus, to pray together and build one another up. What are those who come along on Sunday mornings saying about the church?

“I enjoy coming to Bodmin Community Church for the fact that we have three generations of my family here and that my Grand daughter Molly really appreciates the Children’s Ministry”.

“Hi, I’m Lucy, I’m a single mum and I enjoy being at Bodmin Church because they’re so welcoming and have a very supporting women’s group”.

“Hi, my name’s Michelle and one of the most exciting things about being involved with the church is the puppet ministry that we bring in to assemblies to share the Word of God with the young people here at the school”.

“Hi, I’m Steve. I come along with my daughters Ruth and Megan and my wife Lucy. There’s something for all of us - all the family - we all feel as though we belong and appreciated for what we do no matter how small our contribution”.
